Release has been resumed for all regions and is currently in progress. Full new build number is 4001.2.0-rel.68+04ea561.

Update

Due to an issue affecting some users' ability to access the catalog we will be pausing the release to US Eastern tonight and will deploy a new build including the fix to address this issue to all regions tomorrow. The fix will restore normal functionality to impacted customers and minimize further impact.
