Due to issues encountered after the release of 4000.10.0 to production we will be doing an off-cycle release of Blackboard SaaS 4000.10.0 to Production environments to fix an issue related to courses not opening in new tab for Admins when searching for a course.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing power outage in the Middle East, impacted sites will not be updated at this time.
